AJS is delighted with the award of a new 5 year contract that will cover all aspects of maintenance for fire safety equipment, including planned and preventative maintenance, a responsive call out service, emergency maintenance and repairs, together with the replacement of defective equipment. The range of properties covered will include: Sheltered Housing, Supported Housing, General Needs Housing and Leaseholder and Shared Ownership homes, quantities include larger block circa 80 and smaller blocks circa 130. Works will be carried out primarily in eight boroughs in north and east London. This contract also represents a brand new client relationship between Newlon Housing Trust and AJS Limited.
